株主様には優先的に対応します

「俺はお前の会社の株主だ。ちゃんと対応しろよ」

というプレイヤーは本当にいます。十中八九、本当に株主だとは思っていません。同様に、「お前の会社に知り合いがいる」「社長の親戚だ」などと言い張る方々もいます。

しかし、プレイヤーが本当に株主だったら。
相手がたとえ本当に株主だったとしても、GMが対応を変えることはありません。全てのプレイヤーに対して、平等な対応を行わねばならないからです。

「お前の対応には納得がいかない。上司に報告する」

と、実際に報告をされても、対応を行ったGMが処分されることはありません。対応中にGMが暴言を吐いた、など明らかな問題を確認できない場合はもちろん別です。

しかし、一定の対応方針に従いサポートを行っているGMは、相手が誰であれ、その方針から外れてはなりません。プレイヤーから苦情が報告されるよりも、対応方針を外れてしまうことのほうが、GMにとっては罪なのです。

足跡からお邪魔しました。
上の方も書いてらっしゃるように、GMさんて僕たちには「謎に包まれた存在」て感じだったのですが、
ブログを通じてお仕事ぶりを垣間見る事が出来るとしたら、プレイヤーとしても有益な事だと思います。
人に楽しんでもらうお仕事って大変そうですが，頑張って下さい。

GMの実態

いつの間にかこんなモノが＠ｗ＠
開設おめでとうございます〜。

ＧＭさんって私のような一般プレイヤーにとっては謎ナ存在で。
きっとお仕事忙しいんでしょうけど、本当に働いているかどうかもわからない存在デシタ。
こういうblogを発信することで少しでも「GM業」を理解してもらうことって
大切なことしれないなって思いました。
